We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return my order?
Yes — if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the return meets the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all parts, tags, and packaging intact.

Any product related to hygiene must be unused and thoroughly cleaned before initiating a return.

The product was found to be defective upon arrival.

The customer agrees to cover the return shipping costs.

The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How to Initiate a Return
If your order qualifies for a return:

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address.
⚠️ Please do not return the item to the original sender address.
All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia, and you are responsible for the shipping costs.
Return Processing

Returns are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

If approved, the return will be confirmed via email.
Order Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal (U.S. Customers)
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed by our automated system and cannot be canceled mid-shipment.
If you wish to cancel after your order has already shipped, you will need to wait until it arrives, then request a return as outlined above.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly (via email) of your decision to cancel and return the goods.
Important:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellations are not possible while the order is in transit.
All returns must be sent back to our central warehouse in Asia.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate a refund (excluding original shipping costs, if any).
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at checkout unless otherwise agreed.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
